FAQ

Do I need a Physician referral to come to Four Pines Physical Therapy?

No, you do not need a physician referral to come to Four Pines UNLESS you are filing Worker’s Compensation, Medicaid or Medicare.  A physical therapist will perform an in-depth evaluation and assessment of your condition and if necessary you will be referred to a physician if your findings are out of the scope-of-practice of a physical therapist or if we have concerns that you need further evaluation by a physician.  Call (307) 733-5577 to make your appointment today!

How much will therapy cost?

Your initial appointment will be between $200-$265 depending on the treatment provided to you at the time of the evaluation.  Your subsequent appointments may vary between $200-$250.  The cost of your treatment is determined by your condition(s) and treatments required.

Will my insurance cover physical therapy?

Most insurance policies include benefits for physical therapy.  There may be a dollar limit, visit limit or time limit, so it is important to contact your insurance company to understand your benefits.  Some insurance companies require pre-authorization and we will help you with this process

How long will I need to be in physical therapy?

While no one has the crystal ball to know how exactly you will respond to your physical therapy, the physical therapist will have a general idea after the initial evaluation and possibly after the first few treatments.  The extent of your injury and your goals will dictate your needs.  Typically, people are seen one to three times a week for anywhere between four weeks to twelve weeks.

How will my insurance be billed?

As a service to our patients, we will directly bill your insurance company in a timely manner.  Premier Billing Solutions is our contracted billing service and can be directly contacted at 888-467-9117.  You will be responsible for paying your deductible and/or co-payments as well as any balances not paid by your insurance company.
