Our Mission
For folks who want to live their best lives at any stage, Dr. Norene Christensen and Four Pines Physical Therapy provide excellent care, always keeping patients at the center. Four Pines specializes in hands-on techniques, innovative approaches & individualized expert treatment designed to get people feeling better faster so they can return to work & recreation, function at home & rediscover adventure.
Our Vision
Conquering our mountain peaks. Staying upright in the Wyoming winters. Cultivating gardens in our short summers. Returning to the school team or getting back on the trail. Not just being an athlete, but becoming elite. Opening jars, cooking dinner, cuddling grandbabies. Life is full of adventures. Four Pines Physical Therapy helps people live them.
In three Wyoming locations, Four Pines is not a big, corporate health care company but authentically part of our community. The team at Four Pines is focused on providing the best physical therapy care so people can recover, rebuild and rediscover the things that keep them happy and healthy in their whole lives – body & mind.
Four Pines aims to remain an enduring part of the communities we love with a consistent culture of positivity and excellence, and a steadfast commitment to the best care for our neighbors.

CEO, Queen of Mean (to her patients), Boss Lady
Norene, otherwise known as the Boss or Queen of Mean to her patients, is the leader of our FPPT pack. Her energetic, courageous, fun-loving spirit is evident in all she does. We did not get paid to write this. We love having her as our leader and pack member. She gives 1000% in all she does and it shows, including her relationships with employees and patients, her business and her zeal for life. Working in the physical therapy industry since the 1980s, Norene saw the need for health care done differently. FPPT has three clinics (Pinedale, Jackson and Alpine) covering three counties, with over 30 employees.
No stranger to the outdoors, Norene rides mountain bikes, rock climbs, hikes, backpacks, weight lifts, and gardens among other pursuits. Norene is married to Andy and they have a daughter Tove, and two grown step-daughters, Bryn and Kylie. Norene originally hails from New Jersey and she does not know a stranger. Long live the “Queen of Mean”!
