Our PT Techs play a vital supporting role in patient care, assisting physical therapists during treatment sessions and ensuring the clinic environment is clean, organized, and welcoming. This position blends hands-on help with patients—such as guiding them through exercises or preparing therapy tools—with essential behind-the-scenes responsibilities like laundry, cleaning, supply restocking, and occasional front office support. Ideal candidates are upbeat, reliable, quick learners who thrive in a team setting and love connecting with people. A can-do attitude, time management skills, and a strong sense of accountability are key.

Our physical therapists are the heart of our patient care team—providing compassionate, evidence-based treatment to help individuals regain strength, mobility, and confidence. This role involves evaluating patients, developing personalized plans of care, and guiding them through their recovery journey with empathy and professionalism. In addition to hands-on treatment, PTs are expected to document care thoroughly, collaborate with staff, mentor PT techs and students, and contribute to clinic performance goals. If you’re a skilled clinician with strong communication skills, a passion for community wellness, and a team-first mindset, we’d love to connect with you.

As the first point of contact for many of our patients, the Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) plays a key role in creating a warm, organized, and professional clinic environment. This full-time, in-person role balances front desk responsibilities like scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communication with supporting the clinical and billing teams. Ideal candidates are empathetic, detail-oriented, confident in handling payment conversations, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused setting. If you’re upbeat, dependable, and ready to contribute to a strong team culture while making a difference in your community, we’d love to hear from you.

Our Billing Specialists are key to ensuring timely, accurate, and patient-friendly billing operations. This role involves processing claims, posting payments, managing insurance communications, and supporting patients with billing questions—all while maintaining professionalism and empathy. As a core part of our administrative team, billing staff are expected to contribute to process improvement, mentor teammates, and uphold compliance standards. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and confident in navigating billing software and insurance procedures. If you’re a problem-solver who thrives in a team setting and enjoys making systems run smoothly, we’d love to meet you.
