Born and raised in eastern Massachusetts, Alex Hindmarsh developed a profound love for the outdoors, ultimately achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. Pursuing a Management degree at UMass Amherst, he discovered an unexpected passion for skiing, which led him down the path of a fulfilling career in physical therapy.

With a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Simmons University, Alex brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our Four Pines practice. His dedication to helping mountain enthusiasts recover from injuries and return to their cherished outdoor activities stems from a personal experience overcoming a knee injury while skiing.

Beyond his professional qualifications, he is fluent in Spanish, enjoys the outdoors and sharing a deep appreciation for skiing, hiking, running, and biking. This genuine connection to the mountain lifestyle allows Alex to relate to his patients on a unique level. Whether you’re rehabilitating from an injury or seeking to optimize your physical well-being, you’ll find a compassionate and skilled partner in his care.
