Sophia is a recent graduate from Penn State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Originally from Pennsylvania, she grew up playing soccer and went on to compete at the collegiate level. Her lifelong connection to sports, combined with a passion for helping others, inspired her to pursue a career in physical therapy. Sophia is currently preparing to attend PT school, with the goal of helping people recover and return to the activities they love. Outside of academics and athletics, she enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, and exploring the lakes and mountains.
